Refund Policy

1. What is covered

This policy applies to every digital product sold by Upgrade The Lifestyle through Digistore24, including The Cozy Home Blueprint and any additional guides purchased alongside it.

Each item is covered separately. If you bought the main product and one or more additional guides, you may refund any one of them, several of them, or all of them.

2. The guarantee period

You have 60 calendar days, counted from the date your payment was confirmed. A request sent on day 60 is valid. There is no partial period, no reduced refund late in the window, and no deduction for the time you have had the files.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@upgradethelifestyle.com and include:

• The email address you used at checkout
• Your Digistore24 order number, which is on your confirmation email
• A sentence saying you would like a refund

You may also contact Digistore24 support directly, since Digistore24 is the retailer for this product and processes the payment.

4. What happens next

Requests received inside the 60 day window are approved in full. We do not ask why, we do not offer you a smaller product instead, and we do not require you to complete anything or prove you tried the material.

Digistore24 returns the money to the original payment method. This normally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund will appear on your statement from Digistore24, not from Upgrade The Lifestyle.

5. Nothing to return

These are digital files. There is nothing to post back, and you are not required to delete anything before your refund is processed.

6. Cancellations and recurring charges

There are none. Every product on this site is a single one time payment. There is no subscription, no membership, no trial that converts, and no automatic renewal of any kind. You will never be charged a second time for the same product.

7. If something goes wrong instead

If your download links did not arrive or a file will not open, please email us before requesting a refund. Most of these are fixed within minutes and we would rather send you the files than take your money back.
