What to write to us about

• Your download links did not arrive. Send the email address you used at checkout and we will resend them manually, usually within the hour.
• A file will not open. Tell us which guide and what device you are on, and we will get you a working copy.
• You want a refund. Include your order number and one sentence. See the Refund Policy for what happens next.
• You want off the email list. Send the word "unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 48 hours.
• A question about your own rooms. Genuinely welcome. Send a photo if it helps.
• A privacy or data request. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.

Response times

We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over a weekend are answered on Monday. If you have not heard back in two business days, check your own spam folder and then write again, because occasionally a reply gets filtered.
